Ingredients:

01 - ½ tsp salt.
02 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 ½ tsp baking powder.
04 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar.
06 - 4 large eggs.
07 - 1 cup whole milk.
08 - 2 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
10 - 1 cup chopped pecans.
11 - 2 cups heavy cream.
12 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - ½ cup white chocolate ganache.

Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to reach a temperature of 350°F (175°C) and prepare by greasing and flouring three cake pans, each 8 inches in diameter.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt thoroughly.
03 - Using a mixer, blend the butter with granulated sugar until it becomes airy. Continue by adding eggs individually, mixing well, and then incorporate vanilla extract.
04 - Slowly, merge the dry mixture into the batter, interchanging with milk. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and pecans.
05 - Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared pans and place them in the oven. Let them bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, then cool completely once taken out.
06 - To make the frosting, beat the heavy cream along with confectioners' sugar and vanilla until a firm consistency is achieved.
07 - Commence the cake layering by spreading frosting and pouring white chocolate ganache between each layer. Cover the top and sides with frost, add more ganache drizzle, and finish by sprinkling pecans on top.

Notes:

01 - An exquisite layered confection where soft cake sheets are infused with white chocolate pieces and pecans, adorned with a plush whipped topping and finished with a luscious white chocolate drizzle. Ideal for festivities!.
