White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Donuts (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 ½ tsp baking powder.
04 - ½ tsp salt.
05 - ½ cup whole milk.
06 - 2 large eggs.

08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup strawberry jam.
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
12 - ½ cup chopped strawberries.
13 - ½ cup white chocolate (melted).
14 - Pink food coloring (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
04 - Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fill the donut pan about halfway with the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the donuts cool completely.
05 - In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
06 - Carefully cut the donuts in half horizontally and fill with the strawberry cream mixture.
07 - Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of each donut. For extra flair, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the white chocolate before drizzling.
