½ teaspoon salt.
05 -
½ cup whole milk.
06 -
2 large eggs.
07 -
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted.
08 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 -
1 cup strawberry jam.
10 -
1 cup heavy cream.
11 -
¼ cup powdered sugar.
12 -
½ cup chopped strawberries.
13 -
½ cup white chocolate, melted.
14 -
Pink food coloring (optional).
Instructions:
01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
02 -
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 -
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
04 -
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
05 -
Fill the donut pan halfway with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool completely.
06 -
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries to create the strawberry cream filling.
07 -
Carefully slice each donut in half horizontally, spoon or pipe the strawberry cream into the center, and place the top half back on.
08 -
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of each donut. For a fun twist, add pink food coloring to the melted white chocolate before drizzling.
09 -
Let the donuts set for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!.
