3 Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box yellow cake mix
02 - 40 oz blueberry pie filling (two 20 oz cans)
03 - 1 stick butter, very cold (pop it in the freezer for a few minutes)
04 - Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
02 - Sprinkle half of the dry cake mix across the bottom of the pan, spreading it out evenly.
03 - Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cake mix layer. Carefully spread it around, trying not to disturb the cake mix underneath too much.
04 - Sprinkle the rest of the cake mix evenly over the top of the blueberry filling.
05 - Using a cheese grater, grate the cold butter and sprinkle it evenly all over the top of the cake mix. This creates little pockets of buttery goodness.
06 - Bake for about 40 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown on top and bubbling around the edges.
07 - Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy your easy dessert.

# Notes:

01 - This is seriously the easiest cobbler you'll ever make - just 3 ingredients and no mixing required.
02 - Grating frozen butter is the secret to getting it evenly distributed over the top.
03 - You can use any flavor of pie filling - cherry, apple, or peach all work great.
04 - Don't worry if some of the cake mix layers blend together a bit - it all tastes delicious.
05 - This is best served warm right out of the oven with ice cream melting on top.
06 - Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat well in the microwave.
