Turn your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Sprinkle half of the dry cake mix across the bottom of the pan, spreading it out evenly.

Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cake mix layer. Carefully spread it around, trying not to disturb the cake mix underneath too much.

Sprinkle the rest of the cake mix evenly over the top of the blueberry filling.

Using a cheese grater, grate the cold butter and sprinkle it evenly all over the top of the cake mix. This creates little pockets of buttery goodness.

Bake for about 40 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown on top and bubbling around the edges.

Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy your easy dessert.
