Quick BBQ Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 ½ lb chicken thighs, boneless skinless
02 - ⅓ cup BBQ sauce
03 - Non stick cooking spray

→ Spice Rub

04 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
05 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon pepper
09 - ½ teaspoon table salt
10 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
02 - Cut off any excess fat from the chicken thighs.
03 - Mix together the spices and rub them on both sides of the chicken.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 7 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 7 minutes.
05 - Brush half of the BBQ sauce on one side of the the chicken, flip, and brush the remaining sauce onto the other side. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is 165F.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket.
02 - Internal temperature should reach 165F for food safety.
