Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Cookies

01 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar
04 - 1 egg, at room temperature if possible
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-20 seconds or just until it begins to melt. Add brown and white sugars and beat until fully combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla for another 30 seconds. Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
02 - Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes to overnight. This step is optional but helps prevent spreading.
03 - Line the air fryer racks with parchment paper. Scoop 2-tablespoon balls of dough onto the air fryer basket, spacing them about 1.5 inches apart. Depending on your air fryer size, you should be able to fit 2-4 cookies at a time.
04 - Cook at 325°F for 5-7 minutes or until the cookies are golden and cooked through. Allow cookies to rest in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before removing.
05 - Repeat with remaining dough until all cookies are baked.

# Notes:

01 - Cookies will be soft when first removed from the air fryer but will firm up as they cool
