Chicken Skewers with Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in 3-inch chunks.
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 2 teaspoons paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon green Tabasco sauce.
09 - 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup).
10 - 10 garlic cloves, minced fresh.
11 - 1/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan.
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
14 - 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - Mix oil with seasonings in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and coat well.
03 - Put chicken pieces on skewers tightly together for juiciness. Trim skewers if needed to fit air fryer.
04 - Melt butter over low heat. Cook garlic and pepper flakes until fragrant. Cool briefly, then stir in cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
05 - Air fry at 400°F for 6-7 minutes. Flip, brush with sauce, cook another 6-7 minutes until internal temp hits 165°F.
06 - Brush with reserved clean sauce and sprinkle with extra parmesan before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can be marinated a day ahead but best cooked fresh.
02 - Works in oven at 450°F or on grill over medium-high heat.
03 - Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days.
