Air Fryer Hot Italian Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base & Wrap

01 - 4 medium flour tortillas (8-inch)
02 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted

→ Italian Deli Meats

04 - 8 slices deli ham
05 - 12 slices hard salami
06 - 24 slices pepperoni

→ Flavor & Seasonings

07 - 20 banana pepper rings
08 - 2 teaspoons Italian dressing
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds until they're warm and flexible.
02 - Set your air fryer to 380°F and let it preheat for about 3 minutes while you assemble the wraps.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat and start with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese as your base layer. This helps everything stick together.
04 - Layer 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 6 pepperoni slices on each tortilla, spreading them evenly across the center.
05 - Place 5 banana pepper rings on each wrap, then drizzle with ½ teaspoon Italian dressing and sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning.
06 - Add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top, then roll each tortilla up like a burrito, folding in the sides first and rolling tightly from bottom to top.
07 - Brush the tops of each wrap with melted butter, then place them seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Carefully remove the wraps and brush with a bit more melted butter if desired. Let cool for a minute, then slice diagonally and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Always warm tortillas before rolling to prevent tearing
02 - Don't overfill the wraps or they'll be impossible to roll properly
03 - Can also be baked in a 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes if you prefer
04 - Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model
