01 -
Remove the biscuits from the can. Carefully separate each biscuit into two layers by peeling them apart horizontally. You should end up with 16 thinner biscuit pieces.
02 -
Using your fingers or a rolling pin, press each layer of biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle. Make sure not to create any holes or extremely thin spots in the dough.
03 -
Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each flattened biscuit circle. Be careful not to overfill or place too close to the edges.
04 -
Fold the edges of each biscuit circle up and over the Nutella filling. Pinch the edges firmly together to create a tight seal. Shape each filled dough into a ball, ensuring the dough is of even thickness all around for consistent cooking.
05 -
Brush the tops and bottoms of the Nutella bombs with melted butter. This will help them become golden brown and add flavor.
06 -
Spray the basket of your air fryer with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
07 -
Place the Nutella bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one (you'll need to cook in batches). Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown.
08 -
Remove the Nutella bombs from the air fryer and let them cool for 3-5 minutes. They will be very hot inside, especially the Nutella filling.
09 -
Dust the warm Nutella bombs with confectioners' sugar using a fine mesh sieve or sifter. Serve warm for the best gooey Nutella experience.
