# Ingredients:

1½ pounds pork belly, patted dry, cut in 1-inch pieces.

3 tablespoons canola oil.
03 -
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
04 -
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 -
1 teaspoon kosher salt.

1 teaspoon pepper.
# Instructions:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Mix oil, brown sugar and seasonings in bowl. Coat pork pieces.
03 -
Place pork in single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
04 -
Air fry 18-20 minutes, shaking occasionally until crispy.
