Juicy Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick).
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional).
03 - 2 teaspoons paprika.
04 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer temperature to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Pat pork chops dry. Score the fat cap at 1-inch intervals if present.
03 - Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Coat pork chops with oil if using, then rub with seasoning mix.
04 - Put pork chops in basket with space between them.
05 - Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until center reaches 145°F.
