Crispy Sliced Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large potatoes.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules.
04 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash potatoes well and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices.
02 - Put slices in water while cutting the rest. Drain and dry well with paper towels.
03 - Mix potato slices with oil, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl until coated evenly.
04 - Place seasoned slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
05 - Air fry at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking.
06 - Check if golden and crispy. Add 2 more minutes if needed for desired crispiness.

01 - Don't skip soaking step - it helps achieve maximum crispiness.
02 - Make sure to dry potatoes thoroughly before seasoning.
03 - Best served immediately while hot and crispy.
