Wash potatoes well and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices.

Put slices in water while cutting the rest. Drain and dry well with paper towels.

Mix potato slices with oil, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl until coated evenly.

Place seasoned slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking.

Check if golden and crispy. Add 2 more minutes if needed for desired crispiness.
