Air Fryer Taco Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 24 small cubes cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning and continue cooking until meat is browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
02 - Open the can of biscuits and separate the dough. Lightly roll or flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
03 - Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooked taco meat in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese. Pull the dough up and over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to completely seal the mixture inside.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
05 - Place the sealed taco bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch. Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove from air fryer and serve immediately while hot and the cheese is still melty. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Use small cheese cubes instead of shredded cheese to prevent leaking during cooking.
02 - If the dough won't seal properly, brush the edges with water or beaten egg to help it stick together.
03 - Brush with melted butter before air frying for extra golden, crispy results.
04 - These are perfect for taco night, game day, or any time you want a fun twist on tacos.
