01 -
Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning and continue cooking until meat is browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
02 -
Open the can of biscuits and separate the dough. Lightly roll or flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
03 -
Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooked taco meat in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese. Pull the dough up and over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to completely seal the mixture inside.
04 -
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
05 -
Place the sealed taco bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch. Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 -
Remove from air fryer and serve immediately while hot and the cheese is still melty. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
