Alfredo Stuffed Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, diced.
02 - 1 box jumbo shells.
03 - 1 cup broccoli florets.
04 - 16 oz heavy whipping cream.
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan.
06 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan.
07 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
09 - 1 stick unsalted butter.
10 - 1/4 block cream cheese.
11 - 1 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1 tablespoon black pepper.
13 - 1 tablespoon onion powder.
14 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
15 - 1 tablespoon Sazon.
16 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
17 - 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning.
18 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
19 - Olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Marinate diced chicken with olive oil and seasonings for 30+ minutes.
02 - Cook chicken 6-7 minutes in oil and butter. Remove. Cook broccoli in same pan.
03 - Cook garlic in butter. Add cream and cream cheese until thick. Add seasonings and grated Parmesan.
04 - Cook shells until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup water before draining.
05 - Mix chicken, broccoli, cheeses and sauce. Stuff into shells.
06 - Spread sauce in baking dish. Add stuffed shells. Top with sauce, cheese and Italian seasoning.
07 - Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

04 - Save pasta water to thin sauce.
