# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup warm milk (110°F)
06 - 1/4 cup warm water (110°F)
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 large egg

→ Cheesecake Filling

09 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Apple Filling

12 - 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
14 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
15 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
16 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
17 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

→ Glaze

18 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
19 - 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream
20 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, water, butter, and egg. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
02 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Cook diced apples with butter, sugar, and spices until soft. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
04 - Roll dough to 12x16-inch rectangle. Spread cheesecake filling, then apple filling. Roll into log and cut into 12 pieces.
05 - Place rolls on parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
06 - Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm buns.
