Heat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.

Mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.

Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese on each wrapper. Add 2 tablespoons apple mixture to each. Wet wrapper edges with water.

Fold bottom corner over filling. Fold in side corners. Roll up completely and seal edges.

Place on baking sheet. Brush or spray with oil.

Bake 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway.

Mix cinnamon and sugar.

Roll hot egg rolls in cinnamon sugar.
