Apple Zucchini Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup white sugar.
02 - 1 cup brown sugar.
03 - 3 large eggs.
04 - 1 cup vegetable oil.
05 - 3 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 3 tsp ground cinnamon.
08 - 1 tsp each salt, baking powder, baking soda.
09 - 2 cups grated zucchini.
10 - 1 cup diced peeled apple.
11 - 1 cup chopped walnuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Grease two 8x4 inch pans. Grate zucchini and dice apple.
02 - Combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
03 - Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugars together.
04 - Mix wet into dry ingredients. Add zucchini, apple, nuts. Let rest 5 minutes.
05 - Divide between pans. Bake 55 minutes or until done. Cool 20 minutes in pan.

# Notes:

01 - Can use applesauce for half the oil.
02 - Keeps 5 days at room temperature.
03 - Freezes up to 3 months.
