Easy Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium eggs, beaten
02 - ½ green cabbage (about 1 pound), thinly sliced
03 - 1 medium carrot, julienned

→ Aromatics

04 - 2 tablespoons diced onion
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

06 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
07 - 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
08 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons white sugar

10 - 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
11 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Scramble eggs until set, then remove to a plate
02 - Heat another tablespoon olive oil in same skillet. Cook onion and garlic for 1 minute until fragrant
03 - Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil, cabbage, and carrots. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes until slightly tender
04 - Stir in both soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook 1-2 minutes more. Season with salt to taste
05 - Return eggs to skillet and mix well with vegetables
