Bacon Cheeseburger Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz Pillsbury crescent rolls (1 can)
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
05 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
06 - 3 tablespoons pizza sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
02 - Pop open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto your work surface, laying it out in one long rectangle. Press and pinch all the seams together so you have one solid sheet of dough with no gaps.
03 - Sprinkle both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
04 - Scatter the cooked ground beef and crumbled bacon over the cheese layer, spreading them out nicely.
05 - Drizzle the pizza sauce over everything in a zigzag pattern or however you like.
06 - Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough up tightly like you would a cinnamon roll. Once it's rolled up, use a sharp knife to slice it into 8 equal pieces.
07 - Place the pinwheels cut-side up in a lightly greased pie pan or 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until they're golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - These are best served warm right out of the oven when the cheese is still melty.
02 - You can prep these ahead and keep them covered in the fridge, then bake when ready.
03 - Serve with extra pizza sauce, ranch dressing, or ketchup for dipping.
04 - Make sure the crescent roll seams are pinched together well or the filling might leak out.
