                Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.

                On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, layer shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, and cooked bacon.

                Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.

                Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
