Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 2 medium ripe bananas
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
02 - Mash bananas, beat in eggs. Add oats, baking powder, brown sugar and vanilla.
03 - Gently fold in blueberries.
04 - Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes.
