Baked Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz elbow macaroni.
02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter.
03 - ⅓ cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 3 cups whole milk.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese.
07 - 2 cups Gruyere cheese.
08 - 1½ cups panko crumbs.
09 - 4 tbsp melted butter.
10 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
11 - ¼ tsp smoked paprika.
12 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
13 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
02 - Cook pasta 1 minute under al dente, drain, toss with oil.
03 - Melt butter, whisk in flour until golden.
04 - Add milk and cream gradually, cook until bubbly.
05 - Whisk in cheeses until smooth.
06 - Mix pasta with sauce.
07 - Layer half in dish, add cheese, then remaining pasta.
08 - Mix panko, Parmesan, butter, paprika.
09 - Top pasta with crumb mixture.
10 - Bake 30 minutes until golden.

01 - Shred cheese fresh for best melting.
02 - Add hot sauce or mustard for extra flavor.
