Banana Bread Brownies Homemade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Frosting

10 - 4 tablespoons butter
11 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar
12 - 2 cups powdered sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 - 1/4 cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream, eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
03 - Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Don't overmix.
04 - Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
05 - Brown butter with brown sugar. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
06 - Pour frosting over warm brownies. Let set before cutting.
