Banana Pudding Banana Split Boats (Print Version)

Simple assembly dessert made with sliced bananas, vanilla ice cream, banana pudding, crushed vanilla wafers, and whipped cream.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Banana Split Boats

01 - Bananas, as many as needed
02 - Vanilla ice cream, several scoops per boat
03 - Banana pudding, store-bought or homemade
04 - Crushed vanilla wafers
05 - Whipped cream
06 - Caramel drizzle (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Take a ripe banana and slice it down the middle lengthwise, cutting all the way through but not cutting off either end. This creates a boat shape.
02 - Place the sliced banana in a dessert bowl or a banana split boat if you have one.
03 - Add generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into and around the banana slices.
04 - Spoon banana pudding over the top of the ice cream and bananas.
05 - Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the pudding layer.
06 - Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.
07 - If desired, add a sweet caramel drizzle over everything. Serve right away while the ice cream is still cold and creamy!

# Notes:

01 - This is the ultimate no-bake, assembly-only dessert - perfect for when you want something impressive but don't want to cook.
02 - Use ripe but still firm bananas so they don't fall apart when you slice them.
03 - Keep the ice cream cold by assembling the boat right before serving.
04 - You can use store-bought banana pudding to make this even easier, or use homemade if you prefer.
05 - The combination of textures - creamy, cold, crunchy, and smooth - is what makes this dessert so irresistible.
06 - Serve immediately after assembly so the ice cream stays scoopable and cold.
