Bang Bang Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise.
08 - 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce.
09 - 2 teaspoons Sriracha.
10 - 2 tablespoons honey.
11 - Wooden skewers (soaked in water).

# Instructions:

01 - Toss cubed chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
02 - Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
03 - Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha and honey. Reserve half for serving.
04 - Brush chicken with half the sauce.
05 - Cook at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F internal temp.
06 - Brush cooked skewers with reserved sauce and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made in oven (400°F for 20-25 min) or grill.
02 - Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes before using.
03 - Makes about 1 3/4 cups sauce.
