Easy BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 slices naan
02 - Sweet barbecue sauce
03 - Olive oil spray

→ Toppings

04 - 2 cups cheddar jack cheese, shredded
05 - 1½ cup chicken (leftover, grilled, roasted or rotisserie)
06 - 4 slices bacon, cooked until slightly crispy, chopped
07 - ½ red onion, thinly sliced vertically
08 - Cilantro, chopped, for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and lightly spray 2 rimmed metal baking sheets with olive oil spray.
02 - Place 2 naans per pan and spoon a desired amount of barbecue sauce on top. Spread evenly, leaving a 1/2 border or edge.
03 - Top each one with a little cheese, chicken, bacon and more cheese.
04 - Drizzle with a spoonful or more of the barbecue sauce over top before baking each pan on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and crust is golden.
05 - Sprinkle with minced cilantro before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can cook chicken in bacon fat for extra flavor.
02 - Cook bacon until just crispy before chopping.
