Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over each pastry sheet.

On each sheet, spread evenly: chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.

Roll each sheet tightly.

Cut rolls in half lengthwise.

Twist cut pieces and form into coil shapes.

Place on baking paper.

Brush with milk.

Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
