Blue Cheese Walnut Twirls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sheets puff pastry (square shaped).
02 - 2 tablespoons honey.
03 - 100g blue cheese, crumbled.
04 - 100g Parmesan cheese, grated.
05 - 50g walnuts, chopped.
06 - 6-8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves.
07 - 1 tablespoon milk.
08 - Sea salt.
09 - Cracked pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 180°C (350°F) or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan forced.
02 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over each pastry sheet.
03 - On each sheet, spread evenly: chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
04 - Roll each sheet tightly.
05 - Cut rolls in half lengthwise.
06 - Twist cut pieces and form into coil shapes.
07 - Place on baking paper.
08 - Brush with milk.
09 - Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
10 - Top with extra thyme and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Keep pastry cold until ready to use for best puffing.
02 - Tuck filling back in after cutting if needed.
03 - Serve while warm for best taste.
