Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (300g) broccoli florets.
02 - 2 cups (250g) mushrooms, sliced.
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable or sesame oil.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional).
06 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional).
08 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
10 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
11 - 3 tablespoons water.
12 - Sesame seeds for garnish.
13 - Green onions for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
02 - Sauté broccoli 3-4 minutes, add splash of water to steam until tender-crisp. Remove from pan.
03 - Sauté mushrooms 4-5 minutes until browned and softened.
04 - Return broccoli to pan, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 1 minute.
05 - Add sauce, cook 2-3 minutes until thickened. Garnish and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can add protein like tofu, chicken, or shrimp.
02 - Use tamari for gluten-free version.
03 - Can add other vegetables like carrots or peppers.
