# Ingredients:

01 - Extra virgin olive oil: 3 tbsp, for sautéing and greasing the baking sheet.
02 - Fresh sage leaves: 8, fried for crispy garnish.
03 - Mixed wild mushrooms or cremini mushrooms: 1 lb, sliced, caramelized in a skillet.
04 - Kosher salt and pepper: To taste, for seasoning.
05 - Butter: 2 tbsp, used to cook the mushrooms and garlic.
06 - Garlic: 1 clove, minced or grated, added to the mushrooms for flavor.
07 - Fresh herbs (basil & thyme): 1/2 cup, roughly chopped, used for flavoring the mushrooms.
08 - Brussels sprouts: 1 lb, shredded, mixed with olive oil and seasoning.
09 - Pizza dough: 1/2 lb, either homemade or store-bought, rolled out to a 10-12 inch circle.
10 - Apple butter: 2 tbsp, spread over the dough for a hint of sweetness.
11 - Crushed red pepper flakes: 1 pinch, for a slight spicy kick.
12 - Fresh burrata cheese: 8 oz, used for creamy texture.
13 - Shredded provolone cheese: 1 1/2 cups, for melting and topping.
14 - Prosciutto: 3 oz, torn into pieces, for crispy texture and flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450°F. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
02 - Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over high heat. When shimmering, add the sage leaves and fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Add mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes until caramelized. Add butter, garlic, and herbs. Stir until garlic is fragrant (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
04 - Toss shredded Brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
05 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-12 inch circle. Transfer to the baking sheet.
06 - Spread apple butter over the dough. Top with burrata, followed by the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts mixture. Sprinkle with provolone and prosciutto.
07 - Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese melts. Top with fried sage before serving.
