# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, rinsed, trimmed, halved.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - ¼ tsp kosher salt.
04 - ¼ tsp black pepper.
05 - 4 slices bacon, diced.
06 - 2 oz bourbon.
07 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
08 - ½ cup maple syrup.
09 - ½ cup brown sugar.
10 - ½ cup candied pecans, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
03 - Roast for 20-25 minutes until fork tender.
04 - While roasting, cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes until crispy. Remove bacon and drain.
05 - Remove excess bacon grease, leaving browned bits. Add bourbon and balsamic vinegar, scraping up the bits.
06 - Stir in maple syrup and brown sugar. Boil for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
07 - Remove from heat. Add roasted Brussels sprouts, bacon, and pecans. Stir to combine.
