01 -
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
02 -
Cut each biscuit into 9 equal-sized pieces. Set aside.
03 -
In a bowl, melt the butter, then add the oregano (or Italian seasoning), parsley, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Toss the biscuit pieces into this mixture until they're all well coated.
04 -
Layer the coated biscuit pieces into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through and lightly golden.
05 -
While the biscuits are baking, brown the Italian sausage in a skillet. Grate the mozzarella cheese if not already shredded, and prepare whatever other pizza toppings you're using.
06 -
Take the biscuits out of the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the top. Add the cooked sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and any other toppings you like.
07 -
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pepperoni is crispy around the edges.
08 -
Serve hot and enjoy this fun pizza casserole! It's like pizza meets cheesy garlic bread.
