Bubblegum Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 6 tablespoons melted butter.
03 - 32 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1/3 cup sugar.
06 - 1/3 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 1 cup gumballs.
09 - Neon pink food coloring.
10 - Frosting ingredients as listed.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham crumbs, sugar, butter. Press into springform pan and freeze.
02 - Blend cream cheese, sugars, cream and vanilla until smooth. Add pink coloring.
03 - Fold in gumballs, pour into crust. Freeze overnight.
04 - Beat butter, cream cheese, vanilla, cream and powdered sugar. Color pink.
05 - Pipe frosting onto cake and decorate with gumballs.

01 - Must freeze overnight.
02 - Let ingredients soften first.
03 - Use gel food coloring for best color.
