Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (8 ounces) penne pasta.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - ¾ cup ranch dressing.
04 - ⅓ cup hot sauce.
05 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
06 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided.
07 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - Green onions for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch casserole dish.
02 - Cook penne until al dente, drain and drizzle with oil.
03 - Mix cream cheese, ranch and hot sauce until smooth.
04 - Stir in chicken, ½ cup mozzarella and pasta.
05 - Transfer to dish, top with remaining cheeses.
06 - Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken.
02 - Cauliflower for low-carb option.
03 - Adjust spice level with hot sauce.
