04 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
05 - 3 cups shredded cheese, divided (sharp cheddar and pepper jack mix)

→ For Assembly

06 - 1 (13 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
07 - Dried parsley for garnish

→ For Serving

08 - Ranch dressing for dipping
09 - Blue cheese dressing for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, buffalo sauce, and 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Mix everything well until fully combined and set aside.
03 - Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust on a sheet of parchment paper. This makes it easier to roll up the stromboli and transfer it to the baking sheet later.
04 - Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges so the filling won't spill out when you roll it up.
05 - Using the parchment paper to help you, carefully roll up the pizza crust with the filling inside, working from one long side to the other. Once rolled, pinch the seams together and pinch the ends closed to seal in all that delicious filling. Transfer the stromboli (still on the parchment paper) to a baking sheet.
06 - Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top of the stromboli and add a sprinkle of dried parsley for color. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
07 - Let the stromboli cool for about 10 minutes before slicing - this helps the filling set and makes it easier to cut clean slices. Serve with ranch and/or blue cheese dressing for dipping and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken makes this super easy - you need about one whole rotisserie chicken for 3 cups shredded.
02 - Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened so it mixes smoothly with the other ingredients.
03 - Using parchment paper to roll the stromboli makes it so much easier to handle!
04 - Don't skip the cooling time - cutting into it too soon will make the filling ooze out everywhere.
05 - This is perfect for game day, parties, or even a fun dinner!
