Heat broth in pot.

Sauté onion and garlic in butter.

Add rice, toast 2-3 minutes.

Add hot broth gradually, stir until absorbed. Cook rice 20-25 minutes until creamy.

Boil lobster 7 minutes, place into ice bath, peel.

Melt butter with seasonings.
