Turn oven to 325°F and prepare your bundt pan with grease and flour or baking spray.

Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Mix in eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.

Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.

Add dry mix and buttermilk to butter mixture bit by bit, starting and ending with dry mix.

Stir in vanilla until batter looks smooth.

Pour into pan and bake 60-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cake sit in pan 15 minutes, then flip onto a rack to cool completely.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, mix in sugar, milk and vanilla until you can pour it.

Pour glaze over cooled cake, letting it drip down the sides.
