Cajun Steak Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb sirloin/ribeye steak.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 2 tsp Cajun seasoning.
04 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1½ cups heavy cream.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
08 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
09 - ½ tsp smoked paprika.
10 - 12 oz fettuccine pasta.
11 - Salt and pepper.
12 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Season steak with oil, Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
02 - Sear 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
03 - Rest the steak for 5 minutes, then slice thin.
04 - Melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute.
05 - Add cream and simmer.
06 - Whisk in cheese and seasonings until smooth.
07 - Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
08 - Top pasta with steak and garnish.
