Pop kernels using preferred method. Remove unpopped kernels and place popped corn in large bowl.

Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt in medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.

Divide syrup into separate bowls and add different gel food coloring to each portion.

Working with one color at a time, pour colored syrup over popcorn and stir quickly to coat before syrup hardens.

Spread coated popcorn on silicone mats or parchment-lined baking sheets to cool and harden.

Once completely cooled and hardened, break popcorn into bite-sized pieces.
