Easy Caprese Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 naan breads

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 1 (8 oz) block mozzarella cheese, grated
03 - 1 (8 oz) package fresh mozzarella pearls, cut or torn in half
04 - 4 garlic cloves, grated
05 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
07 - 4 small to medium tomatoes on the vine, thinly sliced
08 - Coarse salt

→ Garnish

09 - Parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F.
02 - In a small bowl, combine the grated block mozzarella, the 2 tablespoons of oil, grated garlic and a small pinch of salt. Stir until combined and glossy.
03 - Sprinkle the cheese mix evenly over each of the naan bread. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cheese, followed by the thinly sliced red onion and a few mozzarella pearls.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven) until the cheese is browning and bubbly.
05 - Garnish with parmesan and a scattering of fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve immediately!

# Notes:

01 - Save extra mozzarella pearls for snacking.
02 - Best served immediately while cheese is hot.
