Carrot Cake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 3/4 cups flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
05 - 1 cup butter.
06 - 3/4 cup sugar.
07 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 1 1/2 cups grated carrots.
11 - 4 tablespoons butter for frosting.
12 - 2 ounces cream cheese.
13 - 3 cups powdered sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla for frosting.
15 - 6 tablespoons milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Mix dry ingredients.
02 - Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in carrots and dry ingredients.
03 - Drop spoonfuls on sheet, bake 10-12 minutes.
04 - Brown butter, mix with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk.
05 - Frost cooled cookies.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh grated carrots.
02 - Butter should be firm but room temp.
