Easy Cashew Chicken Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
02 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 onion, chopped
04 - ½ cup cashews, toasted, plus extra for garnish

→ Sauce

05 - ¼ cup soy sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch

→ Oil

09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well until cornstarch is fully dissolved
02 - Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until nicely browned
03 - Add bell pepper and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until vegetables become tender
04 - Add toasted cashews and sauce to the pan. Cook until sauce thickens and coats everything evenly
05 - Serve hot over rice, garnished with extra toasted cashews
