01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 -
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.
03 -
Cut the block of cheddar cheese into 16 even slices, then cut each slice in half to make 32 small pieces total.
04 -
Divide meat mixture into 16 portions. Flatten each portion in your hand, place 2 pieces of cheese in the center, then wrap the meat around the cheese completely. Roll into a ball, sealing any gaps where cheese might show through.
05 -
Place stuffed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked through. Some cheese may leak out - this is normal. Let cool completely before wrapping in biscuit dough.
06 -
Reduce oven to 375°F for dark baking sheets or 350°F for light-colored sheets.
07 -
Cut each biscuit in half. Flatten each half into a circle large enough to wrap around a meatball. Place meatball in center and bring dough up around it, pinching to seal. Smooth out any gaps.
08 -
Mix egg white, water, remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and parsley. Brush this mixture over each wrapped biscuit bomb.
09 -
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until tops are golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning the bottoms.
10 -
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Be careful of the hot melted cheese inside when biting into them!
