# Ingredients:

→ Burger Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef (or 4 pre-made patties)
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - Yellow mustard for spreading on patties
05 - McCormick Hamburger Seasoning to taste

→ Assembly

06 - 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
07 - 28 oz bag frozen crinkle cut fries
08 - 8 slices American cheese

→ Animal Style Sauce

09 - ½ cup mayonnaise
10 - ¼ cup ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
12 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
13 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar
14 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
15 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Cook the frozen crinkle cut fries in an air fryer or oven according to package directions until crispy and golden. Set aside.
03 - If using ground beef, form into 4 patties. If using pre-made patties, have them ready for cooking.
04 - Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions with butter and cook until softened. Add burger patties to the griddle.
05 - Use a burger smasher or spatula to press the patties flat against the griddle. Spread yellow mustard on top and season with hamburger seasoning.
06 - Cook until a nice crust forms, then flip and finish cooking through. Once done, chop the cooked burgers into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
07 - Lay out each tortilla and spread animal style sauce in the center. Add a handful of crispy fries, 1 slice of cheese, chopped burger pieces, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and more sauce.
08 - Carefully roll up each burrito tightly, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on the griddle and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
09 - Serve immediately while the cheese is melted and the exterior is crispy. Enjoy this ultimate comfort food fusion!

# Notes:

01 - The animal style sauce is inspired by In-N-Out's famous secret menu sauce
02 - Make sure fries are crispy before adding to burritos to maintain texture
03 - Don't overfill the burritos or they'll be difficult to roll and may burst
04 - These are best served immediately while hot and crispy
