01 -
Mix together the ketchup, mayo, mustard, and sweet relish in a bowl. Set it aside or put it in a condiment bottle if you have one. This is basically a copycat Big Mac sauce.
02 -
Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they're well coated.
03 -
If you don't have leftover bacon from breakfast, cook your bacon now. The easiest way is to bake it on a parchment-lined sheet pan at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Once it's crispy, crumble it up.
04 -
Put the seasoned potatoes in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple times during cooking so they cook evenly and get crispy all over.
05 -
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until the beef is fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
06 -
Drain off any excess grease from the skillet. Add the minced garlic and stir well for about 30 seconds until it smells amazing.
07 -
Once your potatoes are done in the air fryer, add them to the skillet with the ground beef. Mix everything together.
08 -
Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese and crumbled bacon over the top of the potato and beef mixture. Put the whole skillet in the oven at 400 degrees F for a few minutes until the cheese melts and gets bubbly.
09 -
Take the skillet out of the oven. Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with any of your favorite burger toppings like pickles, tomatoes, or lettuce. Enjoy your deconstructed cheeseburger.
