12 - 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

14 - 1/2 cup water
15 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Burrito Assembly

16 - 5 burrito-size flour tortillas
17 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
18 - Taco sauce to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into small uniform cubes. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
02 - Cook seasoned potatoes in air fryer at 400°F for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket at least twice during cooking to ensure even browning and crispiness.
03 - While potatoes cook, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika. Cook until no pink remains.
04 - Drain excess grease if needed. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add water and stir well. Keep on low heat until potatoes are ready.
05 - Heat nacho cheese sauce in microwave or small saucepan until warm and smooth for easy spreading.
06 - Lay out tortillas and spread nacho cheese down the center of each. Add a scoop of seasoned ground beef, a drizzle of taco sauce, crispy potatoes, and top with more nacho cheese.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top, ensuring all filling is contained inside.
08 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burritos seam-side down first for 2-3 minutes, then turn to brown all sides until golden and crispy.
09 - Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving. Serve immediately while the cheese is melted and the outside is crispy.

# Notes:

01 - This is a copycat of an old Taco Bell menu item
02 - You can substitute taco seasoning packet for the individual spices
03 - Make sure potatoes are crispy for the best texture contrast
04 - Cook seam-side down first to help seal the burritos
