→ For Assembly

14 - 4 burger buns
15 - 4 cheese slices for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, paprika, white pepper, garlic powder, and chicken spice. Cook until the chicken is tender, juicy, and lightly golden. Set aside.
02 - In a small saucepan, heat the milk and cream over low heat. Add the cheese slices along with the salt, white pepper, and garlic powder. Stir gently until the cheese melts completely and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
03 - Slice the burger buns in half. Fill each bun with the cooked chicken, then pour a generous amount of cheese sauce over the filling. Place a cheese slice on top of each bun.
04 - Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the assembled buns on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese melts and the buns turn warm and slightly golden - about 10 to 15 minutes.
05 - Serve fresh and warm - perfect for Iftar or whenever you need a comforting snack!

# Notes:

01 - These are perfect for Ramadan Iftar meals or late-night cravings.
02 - The cheese sauce should be smooth and pourable - add a little more milk if it gets too thick.
03 - You can prep the chicken filling ahead of time and assemble the buns when ready to bake.
04 - These are best served fresh from the oven while the cheese is still melty.
