Cheesy Chicken Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
02 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
03 - 2 cups chicken broth

→ Cheese Sauce

04 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ¼ cup milk

→ Additions

06 - ½ cup peas
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding seasoning packets. Drain and set aside
02 - Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot
03 - Add cubed chicken and peas to the simmering broth. Cook for 3-4 minutes
04 - Reduce heat to low. Add cheddar cheese and milk, stirring until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy
05 - Add the cooked noodles to the pot and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste
