French Cheese Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed.
02 - 1/2 cup country Dijon mustard.
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
04 - 1/2 lb salami, very thinly sliced.
05 - 3 cups jack cheese, shredded.
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
02 - Defrost pastry 30-40 minutes. Roll out on floured surface.
03 - Spread half mustard on each sheet leaving border. Add rosemary, salami, and cheese.
04 - Brush border with egg. Roll tightly into logs and seal.
05 - Slice logs into 1/2-inch rounds. Place on sheets 1 inch apart.
06 - Brush tops with egg wash.
07 - Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

01 - Thaw pastry until just pliable.
02 - Roll logs tightly to prevent unraveling.
03 - Can prep ahead and chill logs.
04 - Use thinly sliced meats.
