Cheesy Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf Italian or French bread (400g), halved lengthwise.
02 - 1/2 cup salted butter, melted.
03 - 6 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella.
05 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - 1 cup freshly grated parmesan.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Cut bread lengthwise and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet.
03 - Mix melted butter, garlic, pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Combine mayonnaise, mozzarella, and parsley in a separate bowl.
05 - Brush bread with the butter mixture.
06 - Spread the mayo mixture on the bread.
07 - Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
08 - Open the foil, add parmesan, and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
09 - Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
10 - Let the bread rest for a few minutes before slicing.
