Turn oven to 425°F and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Spread asparagus spears evenly on your prepared pan.

Mix olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper, then drizzle over asparagus and toss to coat.

Cook for 10-15 minutes until asparagus turns bright green and gets tender.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the hot asparagus.

Put back in oven under broiler for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
