Cheesy Garlic Roasted Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh asparagus, woody ends removed.
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 4 cloves).
04 - ¾ teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper.
06 - 1¼ cups shredded mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 425°F and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - Spread asparagus spears evenly on your prepared pan.
03 - Mix olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper, then drizzle over asparagus and toss to coat.
04 - Cook for 10-15 minutes until asparagus turns bright green and gets tender.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the hot asparagus.
06 - Put back in oven under broiler for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
07 - Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed, then serve right away.
